Monday Morning Inspiration – Plan For Success

Motivation is always important for a Recruiter, but so is having a plan. As we go into week two of August- it is a good time to take a look at your recruiting plan. Are you on pace to hit your goals?

As Recruiters we need to always be aware of our production and the the areas that our desks might be under preforming. Do we need better candidates? Are more opportunities needed? Where are things coming up short? Take a step back and reassess and adjust your recruiting plan if necessary.

The key to keep in mind is to not complicate things. Sometimes the best plan is just keeping it simple- as perfectly illustrated in the clip above by Richard St. John.
