Staffing Agency Fined For Misleading Job Seekers »

The Governor’s Office of Consumer Affairs has fined a Cobb County staffing agency for failing to disclose to clients that there is no guarantee of job placement. Consumer Affairs spokesman Bill Cloud said KAP Staffing, at 1827 Powers Ferry Road, has not paid the $2,000 fine it agreed to pay for violating the state’s Fair Business Practices Act.
