I happened to be going through some of our survey data from 2009, and noticed an interesting coincidence. When buyers were asked what advice they would give to staffing firms, their number one response was that staffing firms should be “more of a real business partner.” Strangely enough, in a separate survey, when we asked staffing firms what advice they would give to buyers, their number one response was exactly the same–buyers should be “more of a real business partner.”

Monday Morning Inspiration – Eye on the Prize

Good Morning Recruiters and happy Monday to all of you. It is quite amazing what can be accomplished with a plan and hard work. The above clip is certainly a good illustration of that very point.

Today and tomorrow will certainly be hectic- as the end of the month is upon us and we are chasing deals and making sure we hit our monthly goals. However the rest of the week is equally important as we head into the Labor day weekend. This is not time for cruise control (we can rest on the long weekend) so hopefully some thought has gone into your plan for September and the things that need to be done to make your desk productive. The tone for the month will be set by what is accomplished in the first few working days of September.
