The madness is upon us recruiters as we are officially halfway through the month. I am a HUGE college basketball fan and a big fan of UCONN. Needless to say I had a fun weekend, but beyond the last second heroics, the buzzer beaters, and over times there is a huge emphasis on playing as a team. By this I mean being able to put faith in your team mates to work together in achieving success. The very same can be said in recruiting. No matter how good you think you might be at your desk, recruiting is not a one person show. Each and every day you are working with candidates, clients and the ever important internal customers- your colleagues. These individuals comprise your team and working together can ultimately lead to success.
