What a great quote from Mr. Einstein and interesting for recruiters since our work goals often involve people (and at times things ie: sendouts, interviews arranged, contracts extended). The key is to never lose sight of the bigger picture- and set goals that require effort, but are obtainable. It is the fulfillment of achieving those goals that opens the real path to a rewarding happy life.
