Bullhorn said it acquired Sirenum, a provider of shift scheduling and workforce management solutions for enterprise staffing companies on Salesforce. The company said the deal was “a major investment to help Bullhorn for Salesforce enterprise customers, especially those in Europe, grow and scale their businesses in the new world of work.”

Prioritizing corporate DEI is a priority for HR leaders, according to Paychex, with 30% of them planning to place more emphasis on DE&I activities this year. Almost half of the HR leaders interviewed plan to increase their emphasis on DEI next year. Those surveyed cite retention, recruitment and civic responsibility as their primary drivers.

Topia’s Topia One platform and suite of products launched on the SAP Store, a marketplace for SAP and partner offerings. The platform integrates with SuccessFactors to boost enhanced efficiency, compliance, insights and security.

Learning platform WorkRamp announced a partnership with BambooHR. WorkRamp customers can leverage employee data from BambooHR to help automate and streamline onboarding and training and development programs.

U.S. wage growth among job switchers increased 5.8% since June 2020, according to the ADP Research Institute. Its Workforce Vitality Report also found that overall wage growth slowed to 2.3% during the second quarter of 2021, down from a 6% average in the first quarter. Employment growth took a positive turn in the second quarter, increasing by 3.5% in June.

HR tech platform Remote announced a partnership and platform integration with Greenhouse. Through the partnership, mutual customers will have access to the Remote all-in-one platform. Remote said it chose Greenhouse for its first integration because of Greenhouse’s large customer network, leadership position in the industry and easy API implementation.

Utmost launched Utmost Front Door, a single place for hiring managers to request any worker category regardless of how a person is engaged. The product guides managers to the proper classification and sourcing channel, leading to reduced costs, reduced worker misclassification, and a simplified user experience, the company said.

CareerBuilder named Susan Arthur to be its CEO. Predecessor Irina Novoselsky will continue to work with the company as an advisor. Previously, Arthur was COO at OptumInsight. She’s also held leadership roles at NTT Data, DXC Technology, Hewlett Packard Enterprise and Electronic Data Systems.
