hireEZ launched hireEZ 2, a candidate relationship management platform which aims to save recruiters time, increase hiring quality and inform stronger hiring strategies by supporting every aspect of the recruitment workflow. The product includes features to help teams build comprehensive campaigns spanning email and text, access full-funnel reporting and use generative AI capabilities to strengthen candidate engagement.

SmartRecruiters unveiled its “revitalized” SmartRecruiters Marketplace, a hub designed to help companies build their essential recruitment ecosystem. In addition, the company introduced new features to help “elevate the hiring experience.” The release includes an enhanced applicant portal, conditional screening questions, updated automations and new bulk actions. The company also added ten partner integrations, including Slack and Zoom.

Job seekers are aware of the growing impact of AI on the workforce and are adjusting their job search efforts accordingly, a new report from CompTIA found. The survey showed that two-thirds of active job seekers report being aware of discussions around AI and its potential impact on the workforce, and all age cohorts are using or plan to use AI-enabled career tools to help with their job search.

HR technology start-up Poetry announced a “successful” early stage funding round, with investors including Recruiting Ventures LLC, Ceridian Managing Director Doug Sawyers and Indeed Strategic Advisor Doug Berg. According to the company, the the funding will be used to add headcount to the product and technology team and develop marketing campaigns.

The applicant tracking systems market is estimated to grow by$745 million from 2022 to 2027, according to Technavio.
