Campus recruitment firm Yello and diversity sourcing company WayUp are merging, with the goal of helping recruiters build their diverse candidate pools for recruiting across schools, majors, locations, gender and ethnicity. The WayUp database of 6 million candidates will evolve to be the sourcing arm of Yello’s campus recruiting solution.

Employee listening firm Perceptyx acquired Waggl, an employee feedback solution that crowdsources comments and ideas, and CultureIQ, which assesses current culture and works to close culture gaps. “With these acquisitions, we’re helping our customers listen even more intently and enabling them to protect their most important asset: their talent,” said Perceptyx CEO John Borland.

Cappfinity announced its expansion to the U.S. and the launch of Tempo, a pre-hire assessment designed to help organizations accelerate inclusive recruiting. Tempo focuses on the most relevant elements of four talent predictors—skills, experience, personality and strengths. It captures the candidate’s ability and desire to perform a task and delivers an overview of a candidate to help recruiters identify the most promising applicants.

Topia said the Topia One platform and Topia suite of products are now available in the SAP Store, the online marketplace for SAP and partner offerings. Topia’s platform integrates with SAP SuccessFactors to improve efficiencies, compliance, user experience, insights and security. Topia said joining with SAP helps bring together the key systems required to leverage talent mobility and provide a holistic view of talent.

Hireology announced a partnership with myCNAjobs, a national career network of direct care workers. The integration will let customers of both companies access more candidates and more efficiently recruit and onboard talent from one centralized platform.

Staffing firm Addison Group will acquire ArcLight Consulting, a provider of Oracle HCM cloud implementation services. Through the acquisition, the companies will help shared customers meet demand for specialized IT candidates. The merger will also enhance their consulting efforts, which focus on modernizing HCM applications in support of ERP.

The Adecco Group will partner with OneTen, a coalition of leading CEOs and organizations committed to hiring, upskilling and advancing 1 million Black workers into American jobs over the next decade. The Adecco Group is the first HR solutions provider to partner with OneTen.

A study by communications agency Zeno Group found that 48% of supposedly satisfied employees are open to new opportunities, with many actively searching for one. Those surveyed also reported their managers don’t recognize the situation, with just 21% saying their employers think many workers are looking for new roles elsewhere.

New hires want employers to provide more details and accurate information about open jobs and have more conversations about their career path. New hires told SkillSurvey that recruiters and hiring managers should ensure discussions about the job match include what’s in the job posting, clearly spell out key details of the job and confirm that the applicant understands its responsibilities.
