JazzHR announced a partnership with end-to-end e-commerce platform Vendasta. The integration allows customers to access JazzHR within the Vendasta Marketplace. In addition to the Marketplace, Vendasta provides a business app that lets end users manage their products. The integration will allow these users to monitor key recruiting metrics such as new jobs, candidates and hires from one central location.

Beeline, a provider of software solutions for managing contingent workers, and HiredScore, which provides compliant and ethical human resource intelligence, announced a partnership to help enterprise companies improve their talent acquisition and transformation efforts. By applying HiredScore’s bias-mitigating AI to the talent data within Beeline’s Extended Workforce Platform, the companies will provide insight and access to the talent within the extended workforce.

Hireology acquired employee-referral technology provider EmployUs. The acquisition expands the company’s solution set, it said. With the acquisition, customers will be able to design referral programs, invite employees to participate, get referrals and manage rewards. Referred applicants will flow into Hireology, where hiring managers can automate communication and next steps.

HR platform Remote kicked off a partnership and integration with recruiting software company Greenhouse. Through the partnership, mutual customers will have access to Remote’s all-in-one hiring platform. It’s Remote’s first integration.

Video recruiting platform Wedge announced an integration with Lever. Through the integration, Lever customers can incorporate Wedge one-way video interviews into their recruiting workflow. Lever said the partnership would make video interviewing “seamless,” and replace the need for chores like phone screening.

Talroo released Target CPA (Cost Per Application), an enhancement to its Talroo Pro pay-for-performance job advertising solution. Target CPA uses job seeker conversion data to bid real-time so that recruitment marketing advertisers can more effectively reach their intended audiences. The tool uses a dynamic bidding algorithm to identify the best audience for a company’s jobs using proprietary data from 1.8 billion monthly job searches.

HireQuest launched DriverQuest, a new franchise offering that provides staffing services to the transportation and logistics industries. DriverQuest will focus on staffing drivers for both long-haul and last-mile segments of the market.

Instawork, which connects local businesses with skilled hourly professionals, acquired Drafted, a network recruiting platform that helps businesses hire by leveraging referrals. Drafted’s solution will enable Instawork to apply AI and machine learning to the company’s pool of skilled hourly professionals. In addition, users can share job opportunities with their network.

XpertHR acquired Gapsquare, a provider of people analytics software that tracks and analyzes pay disparity. Gapsquare uses statistical analysis to identify variables for employee demographics such as gender, ethnicity, sexual orientation and disability, identifying the causes of pay gaps and proposing and tracking remedial actions.
