iCIMS filed a registration statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission for a proposed initial public offering of its common stock. The number of shares to be offered and the price range for the offering have yet to be determined. iCIMS intends to list its stock on the Nasdaq Stock Market under the ticker symbol TLNT.

Video screening platform Wedge launched its add-on application within the isolved Integration Marketplace. The application brings Wedge’s video interviewing functionality to isolved People Cloud. The companies said that, together, they’ll expedite the talent acquisition lifecycle, enabling recruiters to connect with more candidates in less time.

Trakstar announced a new solution for video interviews using a new Zoom integration release. Trakstar Hire’s newest Zoom integration generates unique meeting IDs for each interview invitation and allows users to operate completely within Trakstar Hire.

PayScale acquired CURO Compensation Ltd., a provider of pay equity and compensation management technology. CURO helps employers maximize their talent investments by making “fair, equitable and appropriate” compensation decisions. The addition of CURO will enhance PayScale’s end-to-end solutions for organizations to manage their pay strategy.

Hiration, a platform that helps candidates to create more effective resumes, said it raised $3 million in seed funding from Prime Venture Partners, Venture Highway and Y Combinator, among others, to support further hiring and growth.

RChilli’s resume parser is available on Oracle Cloud Marketplace, and the company said can be easily integrated with Oracle HCM Cloud. With the Oracle HCM Cloud Profile Import plugin, RChilli can help Oracle customers increase apply rates on their career page, the company said.

Shiftboard, which provides enterprise workforce scheduling software for organizations with 24/7 operations, and Randstad partnered on a joint initiative to help companies struggling with persistent labor shortages to quickly secure access to skilled contingent workers. The partnership provides a “holistic, retention-based staffing approach” by combining Shiftboard’s scheduling solutions with Randstad In-House Services (RIS), which offers onsite management solutions for high-volume contingent workforces.
