Recognizing this, Monster conducted a survey trying to gain insight into what obstacles are affecting hiring niche talent in the Middle East and Asia. After getting respondents from about 250 companies across multiple industries, it was found that T over 50% of companies feel it is either difficult or extremely difficult to find top niche candidates.
