Yup, I said it right out loud – there are bad candidates out there.
I take my job very seriously. When I started this career way back in the early 90s, my first boss taught me to respect the process and to respect my candidates. I learned that I was dealing with a person’s CAREER and if I screw up their reputation, I am screwing around with their ability to pay their mortgage and feed their family.
