JobSync has launched a talent acquisition automation platform (TAAP) that integrates all ATSs) used by an organization.

This integration, according to JobSync, means that organizations can enjoy seamless integrations between job sites, their ATSs and other systems used by their talent acquisition teams. It also means that organizations will be able to align their talent acquisition technology investments with their internal businesses processes.

In the long run, the firm said, companies should see greater return on investment from all of their ATS solutions.

JobSync Co-Founder and CEO Alex Murphy noted recruiting top talent is a critical objective of every organization.

Many ATSs, One Unifier

According to Murphy, many enterprise organizations have up to 12 or more talent acquisition solutions as they keep adding new caapabiliies to their workflows. The result of these diverse tools, he explained, is that critical data from one system is not available when needed in another.

Another result of managing so many solutions, Murphy pointed out, is the need for manual intervention on an ongoing basis to keep data synchronized.

“With the introduction of a talent acquisition automation platform into the equation, companies can now automate the workflows needed in order to achieve the ultimate goals of the business,” Murphy said.

JobSync says it platform can integrate with over 20 ATS platforms, as well as top job boards from around the world, such as Indeed.

What Else Does a TAAP Do?

Apart from integration, a TAAP enables an organization to reduce its dependence on spreadsheets and other manual processes required to reach quality candidates, capture key information and route candidate data to an ATS, candidate relationship management platform. or other systems of record.

TAAPs also work with job boards, programmatic vendors, text messaging, email solutions, chat bots and other candidate engagement solutions.
