Sometimes we need a lift.  Just a break from the routine, the news, the emails, and the day to day. Its Monday and the first quarter of 2011 is almost over. How far have you made it on your goals for the year? Yeah, I know.  So now every call, every candidate, every client, all of them are different in their own way but even the newest among us as much as the grizzled veterans need a little smack in the face wake up now and then. Something to get us out of our chair and yelling.  Maybe you are motivated by the money.  Maybe by the constant action.  Probably both.  But if you ever wanted success in your life you know that it takes more than just desire, it takes a little kick in the ass!

I leave you with this quick video.  Stand up, throw your coffee at the wall, and go get em! Do something different today. Normal never made it big.
