Continuing the series on sourcing with LinkedIn here is a way that I like to leverage LinkedIn Jobs to find some very targeted talent.
The goal here is to accomplish a few things:
- Uncover targeted leads
- Track and follow target companies that harbor the specific talent, skills and responsibilities that your reqs require
- Get to know your “talent pooling” companies better by connecting with and tracking their recruiters
* Keep a focus on how you are able to search within your results once you found your target company. This is the key to success when leveraging this technique.
