Women Struggle To Get Executive Overseas Jobs »
Women are being beaten to overseas board positions by four-to-one, despite 41% wanting to work abroad, a report revealed today. The research, conducted by the recruitment group Hydrogen and ECSP Europe, shows that the number of women working abroad with children is 33% lower than the number of men, once again suggesting that women have more obstacles on their way to board positions.
