The tip involves staying in touch with candidates and former clients. Cindy Cordell, CPC“As we come through the bad times, and with more activity out there, I’m getting back in touch with them,” said Cordell. “When you have a lot of candidates in your database, it’s important to stay in touch with them, and the same goes for employers.”
