Lever announced its spring feature release, which focuses on increasing efficiency for recruiters. The release includes faster screening, improved job requisition and visual reporting features.

Beeline acquired JoinedUp, a high-volume workforce solution focused on shift-based temporary labor. JoinedUp addresses needs in order fulfillment, scheduling, availability, time entry and invoicing. Beeline said the integration will help it better serve all contingent workforce needs for its existing clients while also serving new markets.

HR Path acquired Whitaker-Taylor, an HR technology company based in North America and the Netherlands. Whitaker-Taylor is a technology consulting firm with expertise in SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HR present in the U.S. and in Europe.

HireRight announced an integration partnership with applicant tracking service Fountain, to support employers with high-volume hiring needs. The integration offers employers workflows to move candidates through the hiring process, track the status of screening orders and provide a seamless experience for applicants.

Benefitfocus implemented several software updates to its Benefitplace platform, specific to health plan users. Further upgrades are scheduled for release in mid-June. The updates improve the platform’s Shopping & Quoting functions on the platform to simplify selling and distribution through an automated experience for brokers and groups.

Executive search firm Odgers Berndtson launched a proprietary intelligence platform, OBDynamics. The product uses big data and machine learning to provide data-informed talent intelligence and recruitment services. OBDynamics’ augments Odgers Berndtson’s traditional offerings, the company said, allowing consultants to provide talent mapping and analytic services alongside executive and middle-market search.

CapTech Consulting has been named a Workday Application Management Services partner. CapTech will provide ongoing functional, technical and administrative consulting to customers in production with Workday HCM and Workday Financial Management. The partnership allows CapTech to help clients with technology integration, data and change management.

Extended workforce platform Utmost raised $21 million in Series B funding. The system offers visibility into all categories of workers, beyond what traditional legacy vendor management systems typically offer. With the funds, Utmost will accelerate product development and expand its presence in North America and Europe. Utmost’s total funding is now at $33 million.

Qualifi, an on-demand screening platform, raised its first round of institutional capital, a $600,000 pre-seed investment. Qualifi will use the capital to grow its business, including sales and marketing to refining the platform to address customer needs. Qualifi enables recruiters to create one-way interview experiences using audio and voice that candidates respond to in a standard phone call.
