PeopleScout launched Accelerate, a turnkey RPO solution that promotes agility and streamlines recruitment processes. Powered by PeopleScout’s Affinix talent acquisition technology, Accelerate offers pre-configured modules and, the company said, can be implemented in two weeks. Accelerate’s features include career site hosting, CRM, passive candidate sourcing, mobile-first quick apply, screening, interview self-scheduling and analytics.

Criteria released Live Interviewing, a solution that allows customers to conduct interviews in any format whether in-person, by phone or over video. The company said the product complements its suite of assessment and interviewing products to create a structured interview process with added flexibility.

The HCM software market will grow from an estimated $21.9 billion during 2022 to $206.87 billion by 2030, a 37.8% CAGR, according to Verified Market Research. The researcher attributes the growth to challenges involved with managing a diverse workforce, as well as a need for improved employee productivity.

Karat launched Karat Qualify, a top-of-funnel skills-assessment for organizations that want to hire software engineers. Qualify uses a short multiple-choice assessment to replace resume screens and code tests. With a 15-question exercise built on Karat’s adaptive assessment technology, Qualify dynamically selects topics based on previous answers, providing candidates with more opportunities to demonstrate their skills and expertise.

Rippling’s new ATS, Rippling Recruiting, automatically gives TA teams personalized recruiting command centers. When recruiters or managers transition or leave, the system transfers requisitions and access to ensure coverage while protecting data.

HR software provider Factorial announced an AI solution designed to help enhance the user experience. The company introduced AI talent recruitment, which can help save recruiters time by screening resumes and filtering candidates before the first interview.
