HackerEarth unveiled a new integration between its HackerEarth Assessment tool and LinkedIn Talent Hub. The integration will allow recruiters and hiring managers to screen applicants and create customized coding assessments, pulling from a library of questions covering some 80 skills and 12 job roles, without leaving Talent Hub.

“This integration with LinkedIn Talent Hub hones the screening and assessment process for recruiters and hiring managers, but also ensures the most positive experience for candidates before, during and after the interview,” said HackerEarth CEO Sachin Gupta.

The integration provides users with the ability to:

  • Schedule and invite candidates to take assessments from within Talent Hub. Each candidate’s assessment score and performance report will be synced with the Talent Hub dashboard, making the material accessible for all team members.
  • Eliminate the back and forth between the LinkedIn ATS and HackerEarth. Complete candidate information, assessment data, status and scorecards will be accessible through LinkedIn Talent Hub.

“Partnering with HackerEarth helps to further streamline the candidate hiring experience,”said Katherine Tsay, LinkedIn senior manager of business development. “We will continue to work closely to ensure our customers can source, manage, and hire candidates all in one place.”

HackerEarth has a number of integrations in place with ATS and other recruiting technology providers. They include Greenhouse, SAP SuccessFactors, iCIMS, Lever and Taleo.

In April, HackerEarth launched HackerEarth for Enterprises, a platform that unites each step of the tech employee lifecycle from sourcing, screening and interviewing to engaging developer and data science talent. The idea was to unify all of the fragmented solutions in the developer hiring funnel.

The company described its enterprise product as bridging the gap between recruiters, hiring managers, HR departments, chief learning officers and CIOs to create greater visibility of developer and data science talent. The platform-based approach provides allows everyone who touches developer and data science talent to assess their skills in a single integrated suite.
