It’s easy to think social media is a trivial diversion, ideal for 20-something’s with an addiction to technology and too much time on their hands. But I don’t think so. In fact, properly used, it is a highly sophisticated business development and relationship management tool, which has the ability to increase recruiter productivity exponentially.
