Magellan Search Group Welcomes Brandon Saylor as New Managing Director »

PHILADELPHIA, Mar 29, 2012 (BUSINESS WIRE) — Magellan Search Group, a leading Philadelphia area recruiting and staffing firm, announced the promotion of Brandon Saylor to Managing Director, and member of the Leadership Team.

Saylor first joined Magellan Search Group in early 2011 as a Director, and is now a Managing Director of the Accounting and Finance Division. Said Saylor of his recent distinction, “I am excited to be a part of the Leadership Team of such a well-known and respected firm. I believe Magellan is a perfect match for me. Saylor came to Magellan with more than 15 years of experience working in the recruiting industry. Saylor first began his career as an Audit specialist for Ernst & Young, also working at FootLocker and Harsco. Shortly following, he led a recruiting team at Mergis Group where he recruited Accounting and Finance talent for middle market and Fortune 500 companies in Greater Philadelphia. “Brandon brings a great blend of solid backgrounds in both the client segment of Accounting and Finance as well as in the recruiting and staffing sector. It gives him a perspective that both clients and candidates greatly appreciate. I am proud to have Brandon on our team and am certain he will continue Magellan’s dynamic growth,” said Nicolas.

Brandon is a graduate of Shippensburg University as well as a CPA. He is a member of the Association for Corporate Growth and the PICPA, currently serving as a member of the Executive Committee and as Co-Chair of the Emerging CPAs committee. He is a native of Hershey, Pennsylvania and currently resides in Chester County with his wife Kirstin and their two children.
