Lucas Group, North America’s premier executive search firm, announces the appointment of Amy Healey as the firm’s new Director of Sales Operations. In this role, Amy will be tasked with Sales Operations and Training. She will also be responsible for building the firm’s internal recruiting efforts. Healey comes to Lucas Group from Hobson Associates, where she was a Partner and Director of Training.
