It seems like every day we hear of another company that refused to hire a qualified candidate because of an illegal reason. Perhaps the candidate’s religious views differ from the hiring manager. Maybe the person conducting interviews asked inappropriate questions. Whatever the case, discriminatory hiring practices are coming into question more and more.
