LONDON–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Boyden, a global leader in executive search with more than 70 offices in over 40 countries, announced today that Toby Lapage-Norris, a well-regarded expert in the energy and industrial sectors, has joined Boyden UK as a Partner.

Mr. Lapage-Norris will play a key role in recruiting for board, senior executive and functional leader roles in the UK and internationally. His work spans across the energy, industrial and commercial sectors in public and private equity-owned companies. He brings notable experience in recruitment for executive directors, and also supply chain leadership roles, in established and emerging markets across the industrial sector, which is already a strong global practice for Boyden.

Mr. Lapage-Norris’ career combines international corporate experience with 15 years from two other leading global executive search firms. Before returning to executive search, his most recent corporate role was as Group Head of Resourcing for BG Group Plc, a FTSE Top 10 global energy company.

Mr. Lapage-Norris is a law graduate and spent his early career gaining operational experience as an officer in the Armed Forces before entering commerce. He is a former member of the Cranfield University Supply Chain Faculty Advisory Board.
