This weekend the technology and software worlds of Recruiting and HR come together in Chicago for HRTech Conference (#HRTechconf). There are tons of posts out there about what is a “must see” and many more “ground breaking” technologies. When I approach the conference I look for what will make a recruiter or better yet a team of recruiters more successful. These are the “tools” of the trade and many of them are very attractive. Many more do make differences in the lives of staffing professionals. And some are missing the key element, recruiter feedback.
