System One Enters Legal Staffing Market via Acquisition of Compliance Division from Randstad Professionals »

PITTSBURGH–(BUSINESS WIRE)–System One, the leader in technical outsourcing solutions, today announced the acquisition of Randstad Professionals’ Compliance division, a premiere national legal staffing and managed review business. Compliance will operate as a division of System One Holdings, LLC.

The acquisition provides national entrée for System One into the legal staffing and solutions market, anchored by Compliance’s turnkey document review for litigation matters, internal investigations and regulatory inquiries. The integration of the two businesses creates a comprehensive and multi-disciplinary suite of contingent workforce management solutions, all offered from a single source.

Gregory possesses an extensive track record in the legal services market, having previously served as Executive Vice President for Hudson Legal and CEO of Gregory & Gregory and Attorneys on Assignment, two affiliated firms providing recruiting services to the legal community. System One delivers large-scale contingent workforce management solutions from more than 25 offices and onsite client arrangements, including four Compliance locations. System One is privately held and terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. Randstad was represented by Acquest International L.P. in the transaction.
