Nicole Smartt, vice president of Star Staffing, has joined Lisa Rogelstad and Carla Shevchuk as co-owner of the staffing firm. Ms. Smartt joined the company in 2009 and successfully grew the division by adding a substantial client base and revenue. She has seven years of staffing and human resources experience.
