Recruiters in FPC of Raleigh’s executive search office have noticed a positive change in the last few months. The job market is definitely improving. Randy Cagan, President and Managing Partner with FPC of Raleigh said, “Clients are moving more aggressively to fill open positions and have a heightened sense of urgency. A number of clients are even having a hard time finding qualified candidates. On the candidate side, many passive candidates who were not looking and had been hunkered down during the recession are now becoming active candidates and taking steps to seek to opportunities.”
