Talent acquisition automation platform JobSync partnered with Indeed. According to the companies, the goal of the partnership is to help large organizations streamline their recruiting processes by connecting their existing ATS with Indeed’s native apply solution, Indeed Apply Sync.

The companies claim the collaboration will provide an increase in applicant volume as well as an improved candidate experience by enabling job seekers to complete a full application, as defined by employers in their ATS, while on Indeed using their Indeed profile.

The integration also aims to save hiring teams time by eliminating the need to manually post their open jobs, while at the same time alleviating the cumbersome process of manually copying applicant information into their ATS.

In addition, JobSync said the partnership with Indeed will help further its goal of providing organizations with the tools they need to improve efficiency, compliance and candidate experience, ultimately driving better hiring outcomes.

Regulations and Maintaining Compliance

According to the companies, the new partnership will also help ensure that employers remain compliant with key regulations such as Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO), Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP), California Consumer Protection Act (CCPA) and General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

By utilizing JobSync, employers enhance  their data security and compliance by removing scenarios that result in partially completed applications or sensitive data languishing in email inboxes among others.

“Through this collaboration, employers will have the tools to enhance efficiency, compliance and the overall candidate experience, resulting in improved hiring outcomes,” said JobSync CEO Alex Murphy. “Often, employers face a trade-off between improving the candidate experience and the recruiter experience, but in this case, we’re enhancing the entire hiring process, benefiting all stakeholders.”

This integration and partnership with Indeed adds to JobSync’s many existing integrations with companies such as ZipRecruiter, talent.com and CareerBuilder, among others.
