HireClix launched the Employer Brand Network to help enterprise-level organizations activate, scale and optimize their employer branding campaigns. The technology-enabled solution leverages consumer advertising strategies in order to help talent acquisition teams extend their employer brand’s visibility. The network helps employers target audiences and engage with candidates before, during and after they initiate their job search.

Technology employment platform Built In launched a new Content Studio platform, designed to help hiring teams build “always-on” content, both owned and earned.  With the product, employers can create awareness among candidates from Built In’s community of technology professionals.

Candidate experience analytics platforms Starred and TalentHub will merge. By joining forces, the companies said, they will be able to expand product offerings to provide employers with actionable data. The merger will double the companies’ data sets, allowing them to offer deeper insights and accelerate product development. For now, the companies will operate as separate brands.

Staffing Engine announced an investment from Bullhorn Ventures, a strategic move between a leader in staffing and recruiting software and the industry’s first “recruiting acceleration AI platform.” The investment is meant to accelerate the adoption of next-generation conversational and generative AI by Bullhorn’s customer base. Staffing Engine has fully integrated its platform with Bullhorn and its partner ecosystem.

Employers have just 44 days on average to convince new hires to stay, found research from BambooHR. The survey said 70% of new hires decide if a new job is right for them within the first month, with 29% saying they know within the first week. Some 44% of new employees have regrets or second thoughts about their new role within the first seven days. The study said new hires value workplace friendships more than meeting the CEO. About 87% hope to make a friend at work and 93% want to shadow a colleague.

SeatMatch, a hiring and recruiting company that uses person-role-fit technology and processes, integrated Aboutly’s Neural Network Mapping into its product. The technology maps human neural networks through proprietary remote video interviews and analysis. That, SeatMatch said, allows for specific predictions about human behavior and interpersonal dynamics as they apply to long term role and team fit.

Technology talent platform Hyqoo launched an integrated hiring solution that combines AI with emotional intelligence evaluations. The platform provides remote talent on demand from around the world to fill data, cloud, cybersecurity, software and product engineering roles.
