Justworks will acquire the international employment platform Via with the aim of increasing SMB access to the global talent pool. The acquisition will incorporate Via’s capabilities into Justworks’ existing suite of global PEO solutions. Via helps companies hire and pay international teams with on-the-ground workforce support in 12 global markets.

Talroo announced a partnership with Avionté, an enterprise staffing and recruiting software provider. Talroo’s search and match technology has been integrated with AviontéBOLD to increase efficiency for recruiters and increase the size of Avionté users’ talent pool.

Fountain launched an integration with the workforce payments platform Branch. Through the integration, Fountain users can automatically generate Branch’s digital bank account and debit card during the application process. The system also automates payment setup for new and current workers, including both W-2 employees and 1099 contractors.

Glider AI launched a closed beta of skills-based recruiting software to customers of its Skill Intelligence Platform. The company expects 91% of talent acquisition, staffing and HR leaders to use some form of AI recruiting this year.

More than half of U.S. workers, 54%, say DEI is a key factor they consider when evaluating potential employers, according to research by Eagle Hill Consulting. A company’s DEI efforts are especially important for younger workers, emphasized by 77% of Gen Z and 63% of Millennials. Only 29% of employees say their company has taken more action in the past six months to demonstrate its commitment to DEI, although some segments say their companies have made progress with workers who identify as having a physical impairment (46%), LGBTQ (40%), military veterans (40%) and the neurodiverse (39%).

Culinary Agents updated its candidate match feature to help workers and employers use its private-community data to more efficiently identify potential opportunities. The tools use data points from talent profiles, job posts and resume digitization to match talent to hospitality-industry career opportunities.

CoderPad, an online technical hiring platform focused on engineers, added support for four types of Jupyter Notebook to improve the interview process for data science candidates. The company also upgraded its processing power to support projects that involve extensive data sets, allowing candidates to engage with more complex data-driven challenges.

Users can now sponsor jobs on Indeed directly from Hireology’s platform. Hireology said the move will streamline the process and reduce headaches for its customers.
