Beamery announced an integration with Workday Skills Cloud, which aims to help customers roll out skills-based strategies across the talent lifecycle. The integration syncs skill and role data to create insights around workforce skills, allowing customers to better design and calibrate new roles while matching candidates to appropriate jobs.

Appcast launched AppcastOne, a solution that leverages the capabilities of programmatic, search, social and traditional media into a single enterprise offering. AppcastOne “expands the recruitment marketing capabilities, data and tools available to our clients, simplifying the intricacies of recruitment marketing and enabling them to evolve with a rapidly changing talent acquisition landscape,” said Appcast founder and CEO Chris Forman.

Ceipal announced an integration with WhatsApp designed to increase recruiter productivity and deepen real-time engagement with candidates. When using it, Ceipal ATS users can connect with candidates directly through WhatsApp conversations. Users can configure WhatsApp to contact candidates and automatically schedule interviews through the ATS, and auto-source candidates using Ceipal’s AI technology.

Yello added SkillsMatch to its platform to help users match candidates with relevant skills and qualifications as they build talent pipelines. SkillsMatch uses an intelligent skills taxonomy optimized for early career candidates. Among other things, it’s able to translate descriptions such as “president of business fraternity” into a “leadership” soft skill.

Eightfold AI released Eightfold Resource Management, a purpose-built solution designed to increase service revenue and margins by focusing on skills instead of availability alone. The product uses deep learning to identify available talent with the right capabilities and experiences for internal or external projects.

Technology talent marketplace Andela launched Andela Talent Cloud, an integrated, end-to-end platform that matches global technical talent with companies seeking to bolster capacity and skill sets. The platform is an all-in-one, AI-driven solution that provides IT executives with talent profiles and skills assessment results to help them make informed and secure hiring decisions.

iHire opened education and training courses to the general public. Previously accessible only through colleges and universities, iHire’s suite of online courses and masterclasses will allow  students, job seekers and anyone looking to advance their career with advice on resume writing, networking, salary negotiation and related topics.

Cangrade was granted a patent for its multi-way scoring technology, which uses one assessment to predict a candidate’s fit for multiple positions. The solution will help increase HR efficiency and maximize talent pools by evaluating candidates’ potential fit for all of an organization’s open roles, the company said.

The global recruitment software market was valued at $2.1 billion in 2022, and is expected to expand at a CAGR of 6.3%  between 2023 and 2028, to $3 billion, according to Research & Markets. Driving the growth is a streamlining of recruitment processes, HR’s digital transformation and the integration of AI and machine learning within recruitment software.
