Remote launched a marketplace to help connect employers and job seekers. The solution claims to streamline the traditional job search and hiring process, creating a better experience for both employers and candidates. The marketplace also integrates with the company’s HR platform Remote Talent, so that companies can find talent, onboard, pay and manage employees in one location. In addition, the company released a Freelancer Hub.

Dice unveiled two products to help companies build “tech-ready” employer brands, Company Profile and Discover Companies. According to the company, the solutions will help companies showcase their culture, values and reasons to work there to tech professionals while also helping candidates to find jobs that align with their preferences.

Talent discovery software company Sinecure.ai acquired Grace Blue Partnership, a global executive search firm specializing in leadership talent. The goal, the company said, is to improve candidate quality and reduce bias while creating better results for candidates and companies.

Despite a strong majority of job seekers (86%) and hiring managers (83%) saying most employees want to advance in their careers, 57% of job seekers say they are not interested in “climbing the corporate ladder,” according to a survey from The Harris Poll. Most job seekers say it is more important to them to have a meaningful job than a high-level job title (83%) and define success more by work/life balance than climbing the corporate ladder (80%).

Talent platform Clapself announced the availability of its AI Professionals service which aims to provide businesses across industries swift access to AI talent.

Workforce Software appointed Bill Shaheen as its chief revenue officer and Nicole Neumarker as chief operating officer. As CRO, Shaheen will lead the global revenue and customer success organizations and as COO, Neumarker will lead engineering, cloud services, product management, customer support and global services, the company said.
