CareerArc unveiled a new version of its recruiting platform, claiming that it’s the only social media publishing tool that syncs job data from an ATS to automatically create and publish social-optimized job posts.

“Many traditional recruiting techniques are becoming more expensive and yielding fewer results, which calls for talent acquisition leaders to evolve their approach,” said Chairman and CEO Jim Bramante. The new version of CareerArc’s social recruiting platform is designed to address this new reality by “making it easier, more effective and less time-consuming” to use social media in recruiting.

According to CareerArc’s 2021 Future of Recruiting Study, 82% of candidates consider employer brand and reputation before applying to a job. It follows, then, that 79% interact with brands on social media, and 63% check social media for employee and consumer comments around a company’s workforce diversity – or lack of it.

Additional features of the new platform include:

  • Magic Posts, an intelligent publishing technology that automatically mixes and matches similarly tagged jobs, text, hashtags, images and video links to provide a constant stream of posts that amplify a company’s social media presence while saving talent acquisition teams “thousands of hours” of work each year.
  • Automated post recommendations that suggest the best imagery, publishing times and frequency based on data-driven social media practices.
  • Employer brand campaigns around themes such as DEI, culture and employees with campaign-specific publishing schedules.
  • A content studio that enables employers to create graphics without any graphic design knowledge needed.
  • Integration with daily work tools such as Dropbox, Google Drive, SharePoint, OneDrive, YouTube and Vimeo.
  • A social recruiting health score to help teams track how their social recruiting strategy is improving over time, and an ongoing analytics dashboard with topline metrics, best-performing posts and additional information.

Anna Bersudsky, CareerArc’s chief product officer, said development of the social recruiting platform was driven extensive market input. “Our approach is guided by several user mantras – never a bad post, I always know what to do next and as few clicks as possible – with alignment and validation checkpoints throughout the process,” she said.

CareerArc said it’s working closely with social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn. Its platform also works with a variety of ATS programs, ranging from established ATS providers to custom-built, in-house systems.
