Everyone has been to the doctor, right? Have you ever stopped to compare your Doctor to your Recruiter? You may be thinking, “She is no doctor! She did not attend years of school, take all those difficult Science classes, or work those long 12+ hour shifts.” And no, I didn’t. I have heard one of our senior recruiters, Harold Miller, make this comparison, and I can see a few similarities.
