We are back with another installment of RD Recommends to share with recruiters a great tool for those using Twitter. Irina Shamaeva is a Blogger for the ERE Community and created a useful and easy to use custom search engine called Tweeple in Recruiting and HR.

Simply add keywords, then select one of the refinements: Recruiting, HR, Staffing, Talent Acquisition and you will easily identify individuals on Twitter to follow and/or network with.  The search engine can also be customized and easily added to your blog or webpage. A notable little Google Gadget to help manage and grow your Twitter network, and fine work by Irina that we did not want RD readers to miss out on.
