It is the final stretch Recruiters! This is the final week of the month of July. Deals need to be closed and numbers need to be hit.
As we have discussed- motivation can be found in many forms. Leave it to Nike to once again re-define marketing genius. It may be for sneakers, but the above clip is something that can get anyone fired up. Take a moment to step back and prioritize what needs to be done so that you can successfully say to yourself that you did all you could to assist your candidate(s).
