Salesforce’s Profiles — company-branded resumes of employees in its ecosystem — now feature a “Hire Me” button. The firm said the feature will help simplify how Trailblazer users hire and get hired by partner organizations.

Users will be able to indicate interest in new work opportunities on their profile, the company said, while hiring managers can click on the Hire Me button to message and connect with potential candidates.

The “Hire Me’ button will be available globally in Winter 2022, except in India, Salesforce said.

Meanwhile, Salesforce also launched its Trailblazer Workforce Partner Program, which is designed to prepare 20,000 new Trailblazers for jobs by 2028. The program will help more than 500 non-profit, educational and workforce development organizations teach Salesforce skills. The company said the program includes “exclusive access to Salesforce curriculum and content, a collaborative community of workforce partners and employers, and marketing support to scale their programming.”

Additionally, Salesforce announced that 15 first timers will join 10 of its existing partners and customers in the Pathfinder Training Program this year. The program “provides free, immersive Salesforce training to help people launch careers in technology.”

Each partner has committed to hiring graduates from the program, the company said.

‘Preparing the Next Generation’

Citing an estimate from International Data Corporation, Salesforce said that demand for talent within its ecosystem will shoot up to some 9.3 million new jobs by 2026.

Ann Weeby, Salesforce’s senior vice president for Trailhead, said the firm’s mission is to empower employees to build careers within its ecosystem. “The introduction of the Hire Me button will empower Trailblazers to identify as job seekers and to connect with organizations that need their expertise, and to make it easier for hiring managers to connect with potential job candidates,” she said.
