Sapia.ai launched Talent Hub to help recruiters and hiring managers save time on hiring decisions. The solution compares candidates across key selection criteria to enable faster decision-making. The company claims it will reduce the number of clicks to review and shortlist candidates for recruiters.

SmartRecruiters expanded its platform with product enhancements and new partner integrations designed to help organizations broaden global reach and productivity. According to the company, key features include expanded job posting reach, updated candidate discovery ability and the ability to reach candidates via text and WhatsApp.

Nearly one in three tech professionals are actively searching for a new job and 60% wanting to change employers within the next year, according to recent data from Dice. The company’s Tech Sentiment Report highlighted that one main cause is a lack of work-life balance, with 63% of respondents that it hasn’t improved since last year. In addition, 73% said it is “extremely” or “very” important to have the opportunity to work remotely at least three days a week with their next role or organization.

Talent attraction solutions provider Clinch integrated with LinkedIn CRM Connect, extending its partnership with LinkedIn. The integration connects Clinch’s Candidate Relationship Management system to LinkedIn Recruiter to help talent professionals simplify the hiring workflow, save time building talent pipelines and nurture candidate relationships with up-to-date candidate insights from LinkedIn.

AI recruiting platform micro1 raised $3.3 million in funding, raising the companies valuation to $30 million. The investment was led by Aryan Bhatnagar and Dream Ventures, with participation from prominent investors including Jason Calacanis, Joshua Browder and Cory Levy.

Fuel50 promoted Jo Mills to president and appointed Mark Cope and fractional chief revenue officer. Mills was previously the chief experience officer.

Harver appointed Steve Martin as its chief executive officer. Martin has 25 years of experience and previously served as the company’s chief technology officer.
