More than 43% of employees have quit a job in the past 12 months, according to research from iHire. Between 2022 and 2023, voluntary resignations rose 5.3%. Some 73% of employers who experienced turnover attributed “all” or “most” of it to voluntary quits. Over the next three years, nearly half of employers, 47%, believe turnover levels will remain about the same, while 13% say they’ll increase and 20% believe they’ll drop. Nearly two-thirds gave raises to improve retention in the last year, while 40% gave bonuses.
ZipRecruiter launched ZipRecruiter-Research.org, a new home for its economic research. The site offers commentary and analysis from the company’s economists and data scientists on the latest labor market data, as well as insights from its marketplace data and quarterly surveys.
Revenue from the global ATS market will grow from about $3 billion in 2022 to $11 billion in 2025, a CAGR of more than 9.7%. Research Nester attributes the growth to employers’ need to streamline their recruitment processes in the midst of an increasingly competitive job market. Nearly three-quarters of recruiters globally use an ATS, the researcher said.

Recruiting software and services companies Loxo and FoxHire entered into a strategic partnership to deliver a comprehensive solution for companies seeking talent. The partnership will enable the companies to offer a streamlined, end-to-end solution for recruiters and hiring managers that want to offer contract or temporary staffing.
Andela announced Andela Talent Cloud, an integrated, end-to-end platform to match global technology professionals with companies seeking to increase capacity and skill sets. The platform streamlines the hiring lifecycle, helping employers to source, qualify, hire, manage and through a single platform.
Talent Board will merge with ERE Media, which will now be home to the CandE Benchmark Research Program along with its conferences, content and publications.
