Insufficient staffing is hampering daily operations at healthcare organizations, according to a survey by AKASA, which provides AI solutions for healthcare companies. More than 57% of health systems and hospitals have more than 100 open roles to fill across their operations, the survey said. Additionally, one in four healthcare finance leaders believe they need to hire more than 20 employees in order to fully staff their revenue-cycle departments.
Orion Talent launched the HirePurpose Diversity Jobs Network, a talent platform that it positions as the first metrics-based database of diverse talent. The platform actively connects job openings to diverse candidates. Because openings are distributed to Orion’s proprietary talent database, the company says access to diverse applicants is assured. The platform is part of Orion Talent’s HirePurpose service line.
SmartRecruiters unveiled SmartOnboard, a native solution that claims to deliver a seamless onboarding experience for new hires. The solution allows HR teams to get new employees up to speed through a simple, tailored experience that can be managed at scale.
Dice will make social profiles from open web data available to its users. The social profiles will be displayed by default in searches completed through the company’s TalentSearch product The profiles of technology professionals are created by aggregating and refining publicly available data.
Nearly half of the employers surveyed placed skills and talent shortages within their top three most urgent concerns for the next three years, and identified a strong positive correlation between overall business performance and the quality of new skilling support and development opportunities offered to employees. Cornerstone OnDemand’s 2022 global research study found that the gap has widened between employers who believe that they’re delivering skills and employees’ confidence in their company’s ability to develop their skills at average and low performing organizations.
SyncStream Solutions announced a strategic partnership with AkkenCloud, a provider of staffing and recruiting software solutions. The partnership will allow AkkenCloud clients to take advantage of business incentives and recovery programs through SyncStream’s integrated tax credit solution.
