Bullhorn announced the Bullhorn Talent Platform, an end-to-end suite that engages talent at every stage of the talent lifecycle. With the aid of automation and AI, along with new chatbot capabilities, firms can provide talent with tailored, intuitive experiences. The platform allows recruiters to communicate through multiple channels while managing talent information in a single system of record.  

Findem launched Sourcing Accelerator, a solution that makes weekly introductions to qualified, interested candidates for every role. With it, Findem manages the sourcing and enables talent teams to build solid pipelines of candidates from a large, diverse talent pool.

ChartHop launched Compensation Reviews, which are designed to help people and finance teams make equitable, streamlined and secure compensation decisions. ChartHop’s Compensation Planning solution and the new Compensation Reviews provide a single source of truth for compensation information by pulling in payroll and equity data from across systems. The product allows organizations to centralize and visualize their people data, configure review cycles and collaborate efficiently to make more informed and equitable compensation decisions.

iCIMS launched iCIMS Insights+ and iCIMS Insights Advisor, subscription programs meant to provide a deep look at industry trends, real-time labor-market changes and opportunities to connect with the greater talent community. The programs build on the company’s labor market industry data program, iCIMS Insights, which looks at the latest labor market activity and trends.  

CareerBuilder announced a career coaching service that will provide Black Information Network (BIN) listeners with a free 45-minute coaching session. The move comes following the announcement that CareerBuilder joined forces with BIN: Black Information Network to launch the 100,000 Careers platform, created to connect 100,000 BIN listeners who are looking to advance their careers with current and future employers.

Job.com acquired PrincetonOne, a New Jersey-based talent solutions provider with an emphasis on Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) and permanent recruitment. The acquisition continues of Job.com’s strategic plan to develop revenue and reach by acquiring successful businesses and supporting intelligent growth with the application of Job.com’s proprietary technology. Each acquisition provides an opportunity for the AI to continue learning from new data and subsequently delivers a more effective and efficient hiring process for recruiters and job seekers alike.

To better understand how talent acquisition teams are coping with the pressures of attracting and communicating with qualified candidates, Sense and Talent Board surveyed over 350 HR and talent acquisition leaders across industries. The data reveaaled that the number one challenge for today’s recruiting teams is connecting and engaging with passive talent (42%) and that the most successful method in contacting and communicating with candidates was via chatbots and Conversational AI (36%).
