LinkedIn launched a new suite of ATS integrations intended to help employers identify promising talent. The company said partners such as SmartRecruiters, Lever, Jobvite, ClearCompany and JobScore will offer these capabilities over the next several months to help joint customers streamline their hiring efforts. Among the new services are Apply Connect, which helps identify qualified candidates based on LinkedIn skills data and custom screening questions, and new features for Recruiter System Connect – Unified Search and Recommended Matches, both intended to make the hiring process “more seamless.”

Dice launched Unbiased Sourcing Mode, which allows recruiters and employers using TalentSearch to anonymize information commonly associated with unconscious bias. For example, names, years of experience and schools attended. Dice said the ability to automatically remove such information can help recruiters and employers make skills-based decisions in their talent sourcing, in addition to building out more diverse teams.

Roleshare, a talent marketplace that matches professionals so they can apply and share one full-time job, raised an initial round of pre-seed funding, according to TechCrunch. The investment, of more than $550,000, will be used build an international role-sharing marketplace.

Indeed and Quandoo, an international restaurant reservation platform, announced a partnership that will provide restaurants with a £50 credit to post a sponsored job advertisement on Indeed’s platform. The partnership launched in the UK, Australia, Germany, Austria and Italy.

EmployBridge, a provider of light industrial workforce solutions, agreed to acquire Hire Dynamics, which provides similar services to employers in the Southeastern U.S.  After the closing, EmployBridge will be led by Billy Milam, currently Hire Dynamics’ CEO. Michael Miles, current CEO of EmployBridge, will become executive chairman of the board.

Recruitment-software provider Elevatus said it’s now integrated with more than 2,000 job boards. The integration gives clients quick access to a global portfolio of job boards and allows them to advertise open roles across a variety of channels.

SmartSearch announced a partnership with JobRobotix, a data automation software provider. JobRobotix’s JobSource product syncs with vendor management systems, job boards, back-office applications and SmartSearch’s ATS to optimize the recruitment process.

Recruiting services and technology firm Betts launched Betts Connect, a go-to-market recruiting platform. The top-of-funnel platform matches vetted professionals who are actively looking for their next opportunity with tech companies looking to hire top talent.

Jobandtalent, a Madrid-based workforce marketplace that matches workers with temporary roles, secured a $500 million equity investment from Kinnevik and SoftBank Vision Fund 2, closing out its Series E round. In addition, the company received $75 million in debt financing from Blackrock. The investments give Jobandtalent a $2.35 billion valuation, and will be used to accelerate the company’s expansion in key markets such as the U.S., increase the size of its tech and sales teams and fill key executive roles.
