AI and automation are driving positive hiring outcomes, according to a recent report from The Harvard Business Review in partnership with Paradox. In fact, 97% of survey respondents whose organizations have adopted automated technologies in their hiring process said that it has helped hire people more effectively, led to quicker interview scheduling and reduced candidate drop-off.

ZipRecruiter and UKG partnered with the goal of supporting enterprise hiring. The companies said the partnership will include an integration that will accelerate the time-to-hire and improve the quality of candidates in the pipeline. The integration will give UKG customers access to ZipRecruiter’s marketplace and application process solution, allowing job seekers to apply to positions from UKG’s API directly on ZipRecruiter.

Nearly three-quarters of American adults (74%) fear higher unemployment is on the horizon as a result of the integration of AI into the workplace, according to the American Staffing Association. In addition, 47% of all employed Americans feel automation could easily replace their jobs.

Talent acquisition solution provider Hirewell acquired The Collective Search, a San Francisco-based recruiting firm. With the integration, Hirewell hopes to further its mission of creating a tech-enabled talent ecosystem as well as expand the company’s footprint in Silicon Valley.
