GR8 People and PandoLogic have partnered to help employers connect more efficiently to job seekers by using programmatic sourcing.

Through the integration, an employer’s jobs are automatically pulled from GR8 People’s ATS and promoted by pandoIQ. When job seekers pursue openings, they complete their application process directly within GR8 People. The integration creates a seamless candidate application experience and improves a recruiter’s ability to source candidates and their productivity, the companies said.

The integration between pandoIQ and GR8 People’s One-Experience Talent Platform enables employers to:

  • Centralize job advertising spend into a single tool that optimizes and automates real-time bidding and budget allocations.
  • Expand reach to talent through an ad exchange of thousands of leading job sites, search engines and social networks.
  • Engage with candidates using precision targeting.
  • Eliminate manual tasks and inefficiencies with automation when sourcing applicants.

A ‘New’ PandoLogic

Just weeks ago, AI operating system creator Veritone acquired PandoLogic for $150 million in cash and stock. The deal is worth about three times PandoLogic’s expected 2021 GAAP revenues, the companies said.

PandoLogic uses AI to improve both time and efficiency involved in hiring at scale for mass market and hard-to-source candidates. Its autonomous platform leverages predictive algorithms and machine learning as well as AI. The company’s software also offers recruitment marketing and conversational AI technology to source candidates across multiple channels.

In June, GR8 People rolled out new features for its G2 High Performer Enterprise Talent CRM. The GR8 CRM messages candidates through automated lead journeys, driven by activities and status transitions. Each lead journey consists of pre-defined messages that assess qualifications, interest and availability to deliver lists of actionable candidates to recruiters.
