High-volume ATS Fountain released Fountain Source, a collection of sourcing tools and services. Among other features, the suite includes a new direct integration with Indeed.

Combined with its existing ATS, the company said, Fountain Source will help employers to “automate and optimize where and how they spend their sourcing dollars.” In addition, its high-volume ATS is now the first to use Indeed’s new API, which offers a standardized process for both recruitment teams and applicants.

The integration allows users to post jobs on Indeed without leaving the Fountain platform, the company said. The integration also improves the candidate experience by eliminating redirects and placing them directly into the Fountain workflow.

Additional Features

In addition to the Indeed integration, Fountain Source offers a sourcing service that enables customers to work with the company’s in-house experts to design strategic social media and digital advertising campaigns, and to post to other industry-specific channels.

The sourcing service can also help customers create branded career landing pages that directly connect to the Fountain ATS. The suite includes Fountain Boost, which automatically posts openings to hundreds of job boards.

Fountain Source also includes a text-to-apply feature that allows candidates to text keywords to begin the application process directly from their mobile device.

“By helping customers source candidates more efficiently and getting more applicants into the funnel, we are able to save recruiters’ time, enable organizations to optimize recruiting spend, increase conversion-to-hire rates and ultimately empower organizations to become more efficient in their hiring processes overall,” said Fountain CEO Sean Behr.

Beyond finding more applicants more quickly, Fountain said the new suite will allow customers to track applicant data from first touch through selection. Covering the entire hiring process allows the system to provide insights for customers who want to diagnose which application sources and selection criteria result in higher-performing and more committed workers.

In January, Fountain acquired Koan, an OKR (objectives and key results) solutions provider. The acquisition built on the company’s hiring solutions and was meant to enable continued growth and innovation, the company said.
