Talent management platform ClearCompany introduced a new partnership with UKG. Users of ClearCompany and UKG can benefit from a hands-free integration between the two software solutions. With the integration, HR teams that use ClearCompany and UKG can minimize errors and save time by avoiding double-data entry in the two systems. When a candidate’s status is changed to “hired” in ClearCompany, a new employee record is automatically created in UKG Pro. ClearCompany clients can request a customized integration if they need custom data fields or other unique functionality.
Turn Technologies launched Advise, an AI-powered autonomous sourcing service that simplifies talent procurement and enables businesses to reduce the time and effort necessary to hire a contingent and hourly workforce. Advise analyzes “billions” of data points each day to spotlight the hiring practices of 500,000 companies, the performance of more than 20,000 talent acquisition advertisers and the work profiles of 94% of working Americans.
FutureSolve entered a joint venture with QJumpers and its new AI Talent Sourcing Solution. The new company is called QJumpers USA LLC. This collaboration is the best of both worlds, the company said: On one hand it offers tailored CHRO advisory services. On the other is an AI system that finds talent where traditional methods may fail.

Leveraging iCIMS’ Prime integration, recruiters can initiate background checks, track status and view results in real-time without needing to toggle between systems.
GR8 People announced growth in bookings and revenue for the first half of 2022. Gains were driven by demand for the Everyone Platform as a solution for total talent acquisition. GR8 People describes the platform as agile software for every stage of the recruitment lifecycle that offers an ATS, Talent CRM, AI sourcing engine and career site builder.
