People analytics provider ChartHop announced a partnership with Jobvite and said it will enable HR, hiring and finance leaders to improve communication across teams, utilize data and automate elements of their hiring workflows.

“HR teams are searching for hiring and headcount planning solutions that simplify the talent acquisition process and streamline communication across teams,” said ChartHop CEO Ian White. The new integration will allow ChartHop to up its game with users who participate in headcount planning and hiring processes by providing cross-platform capabilities that help keep a pulse on overall progress around hiring, he said.

ChartHop said the integration’s key benefits include:

  • Headcount Planning: Organizations can use ChartHop to create job requisitions automatically, then push headcount plans like start date and recruiter assignment to the Jobvite platform.
  • Recruiting Capacity: HR leaders can monitor recruiter capacity by tagging roles with hiring priority and status in ChartHop, while keeping requisitions up to date in Jobvite.
  • Data Access: Using Jobvite’s platform, hiring teams can access recruiting data to create reports that illustrate open roles, candidates and offers. They can also narrow data by department, location, compensation and other criteria.
  • Org Chart: ChartHop’s platform allows teams to update their company’s org chart with every new hire.

Remote and hybrid work has put more pressure on organizations to maintain internal communication. According to Project.co’s annual Communications Report, 26% of employees believe their company’s internal communicates has deteriorated in the last 12 months. Pairing ChartHop’s scenario-planning tools with Jobvite’s ATS opens communication among teams to help automate hiring processes and create a space to visually manage headcount plans, ChartHop said.

Recently, JobVite took a next step toward developing a new set of capabilities through the acquisition of JazzHR and NXTThing RPO by unveiling a new parent company and corporate identity, Employ Inc. JazzHR, Jobvite and NXTThing RPO will continue to operate under their respective brands and structures as subsidiaries of the new parent company.
