Some recruiters are really putting themselves out there, creating podcasts (see what we did there?), webinars, and spreading their vision, to attract clients and candidates. They have to be very entrepreneurial for sure! But one key aspect is to watch out for your mental health and don’t confuse activity with success. The goal is to create meaningful, impactful relationships.

You have to also consider creativity as one of the strongest skills a recruiter can have.
